Underneath the elevated railway tracks.

Smoke-free on the first floor where the live performance takes place.
(The building has an open ceiling above the stage on the first floor through the second floor where it is smoke-friendly. When somebody on the second floor is smoking, the smoke drifts down to the first floor.)
